My experience of this course



My experience has been fabulous, I´m very glad I attended in this  four months. Our teacher Carmelina has made it posible for colleagues who are on the subject of English we can be a mutual feedback, we can learn to handle this language in a fun, responsable and friendly. Also, I know more about my teammates, their ideas, their tastes, their goals and aspirations.

That gives me great joy and a  bit of nostalgia because it´s our last couse together. I shall always remember this experience

 Business Etics

The ethics in business is part of our personality, because it determines our behavior, our principles and moral values.
We must be ethical in all aspects, both personally and professionally. There are many companies that promote their employees´ loyalty, commitment and good principles.
Is total honesty essen to the employee and the customers.
Companies should be formed by employees who provide quality service to meet the needs of consumer.
Good business ethics should be a fundamental part of a business.
At my company are encourged the vales of allworkers, so that the service they provide is good.Manby companies have a bad reputation for por service they give their employees, and this is generated because they do not instill the values and principles taht should be. My company is offering courses on values and ethics, so that our customers fee satisfied with the way they we treat.

We can say that our company s responsable socially and familiarly, because it is focused on caring for each of these aspects, which are related to external rules such as caring for the environment, and ensure that our employees get their labor rights, as example, the mothers with Young children, what have a special shedule, which the company is sympathetic to them.

Companies are consolidated and positioned in the target market through service in customer care. Customers return to the same place when they really are considered with personal attention. Customers are the to be keeping active the company, so there are very conducive to more Jobs If customer care is good. In business should be paramount to satisfy customer, and we must focus on their needs and desires.
We must also know that when our brand position, we brand is the customer, is the difference.
I´ve always Heard that an employee generates dissatisfied customers, because employees are the first customer of a company, It is important to have a good customer service to return as often as be posible.
Customer service should be a priority for the company, service quality is the foundation of performance marketing, when a high quality sevice gives credibility to the sales forcé and advertising and the generates customers convinced and satisfied if they are received with such quality service.

Motivation


Motivation is a word that has an importance within the company, which is the essence and the excellence factor for achieve to success, productivity, competitiveness, etc.
We must encourage creative, innovation, initiative on employees, and also an atmosphere of harmony and respect. Strategies to achieve goals and for the employee to be motivated and their performance achieve optimal. It´s good mentioning how important and valuable your work, not neglecting to mention that would be the effect on the company if your work it´s not good.
I believe workers must be considered in all its rights, and have ongoing communication between managers and workers.
Have a shared responsibility principles and values established between the company and workers. I believe that companies should consider as priority the continuous training for workers. The considerations should be shared both the company provides workers, as workers must contribute to the same company.
If there is coordination and continuous communication between company and worker, this worked will benefit the client´s taste.
I would put to all my company workers in medical services to which they are entitled, and its legal benefits, as well as compensate their overtime pay.

Our company is promoted through its facilities and service that gives customers, promotions and especially the quality of service being given in this company.
The promotion is a factor that appreciates and values the consumer, i show the company can raise awareness about all the products you have, and take the opportunity to make their own market.
Advertising is managed from the marketing departmen of the company that is the área that is responsable for studying the consumer the market niche ton ame a few.
Today businesses longer exhibit not the product on countertops, company creates an emotional impact on consumers, because that es how come the idea of promotion and advertising, it is through these that companies show what we offer.

Company Structure

To be successful a company must clearly define all operational areas, and delegate responsibilities to each member your organization.
The company must have an organization where responsibility granted to each person.
A company must have a General Manager, a Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, Department of Quality Control, Head of Production, Head of Sales, and all personnel will be under these departments.
The person who is the leader of the company is the general manager, to bring a timely follow-up actions performed by the organization who understands the business.
Each department has assigned tasks and must take them correctly so that all the people who depend on this department can be evaluated according to their productivity.
If every has an internal communication within the company, then this company will be successful and will be in the target market.
Companies are supporting the economy of a city, which is why they must be very well managed by managers.
In addition, companies are those that offer jobs and it helps people to support their families, and avoid unemployment.
