To be successful a company must clearly define all operational areas, and delegate responsibilities to each member your organization.

The company must have an organization where responsibility granted to each person.

A company must have a General Manager, a Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, Department of Quality Control, Head of Production, Head of Sales, and all personnel will be under these departments.

The person who is the leader of the company is the general manager, to bring a timely follow-up actions performed by the organization who understands the business.

Each department has assigned tasks and must take them correctly so that all the people who depend on this department can be evaluated according to their productivity.

If every has an internal communication within the company, then this company will be successful and will be in the target market.

Companies are supporting the economy of a city, which is why they must be very well managed by managers.

In addition, companies are those that offer jobs and it helps people to support their families, and avoid unemployment.

When take the decisions to pursue a carrer, I chose the Tourist Business Administration in the Tecnological Oaxaca, Oax.

Which is why  I came to reside in this city, because I am originally from Orizaba, Ver.

I studied until the 6th semester of the degree, and made the mistake of applying for a temporary permit, because the job offers I had end were excellent, with a salary higher tan my expectations and above all to the age I was.

During this period of leave at the Technological, I met my husband and we married at 3 months to have known him, so I do not finished my career.

Since years 26 year I am entrepreneur and our position in the state es successful, so that the preparation for me is fundamental.

After 28 years, took the decisión to end a cycle of mi life, finished a career.

I liked the profile of the UPAEP ON LINE and now I am happy to be studing the 8th semester of the Bachelor of Business Administration.

Now I can solve my own problems and make sound decisions for the company and my personal life.

My name is María Elizabeth Acosta López, born in the city of Orizaba, Ver. but 32 years living un the city of Oaxaca, Oax.

I am an entrepreneur, I am married and I have two wonderful children, Lizette and Eduardo.

I studied the Bachelor of Business Administration Tourism in the Tecnologico de Oaxaca, Oax., and not concluded, I stayed in the 6th semester, so I decided to end this cycle of my life and start again.

So now during the 8th Semester of Bachelor of Business Administration at the UPAEP ON LINE, and has been a wonderful experience.

"Should English be mandatory in Mexican Universities?",

In the universities of Mexico, the English language should not be mandatory. Therefore, teachers should not require much in this area of English. Universities should not include in its curriculum the English language. Besides this, In Mexico does not require the English language in business. El English is a language that is not important. Universities should not teach the English language. Furthermore, students in Universities should not study the English language.

The English is not a language important in the lives of students. Moreover, the universities should eliminate teaching English to all students.

Not a good decision take begin subject of English. On the other hand, College students will not benefit from studying the art of the English language.

Not It is advisable to have a continuous learning at the Ingles University. Consequently, all modules that display the English activities are unimportant. The students university can not  find work in companies with the English language.
